- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our cancellation policy.

- Management is not liable for accidents, theft, or damages caused by negligence.
- Taxi and tour packages are provided under separate arrangements; liability is limited to service booked.

- All content, images, logos, and branding on UdaiSangam.in are property of UdaiSangam.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
e) Limitation of Liability
- UdaiSangam will not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
- Use of facilities such as swimming pool, taxi, and tours is at the guest’s own risk.
f) Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Udaipur, Rajasthan courts.
